Contest 2...NIC Contest 
"You are invited to build an embedded system with a 
New Internet Computer (NIC). Project proposals for 
the contest based on the NIC are due by July 6, 2001, 
at which time twenty finalists will be selected to receive 
a NIC and build their proposed projects."
