[ale] disabling popups in kongueror?

Go to the "Settings" menu and then click on "Konqueror Browser". From 
there, you will see a tab called "Javascript". Select that tab and look 
to the bottom of the page. There is a check box for 'disable 
'window.open()'". Check it and save your changes.
