Let's also remember that it was regulatory action that enabled us to
connect modems and phones to AT&T's network. (Can you say "Carterphone"
decision) And it was Title II regulation, and the Computer Inquiries,
that allowed the Internet to be assembled from circuits leased from AT&T
long lines.
