[ale] A Hal Fulton Blog article on CompSci degrees

Hal, thanks! I'm "leitz" and often try to wrap my head around OOP. The
next task will be to capture command output and make tests for it, since I
can't figure out how Cucumber runs and tests external commands.

I've been using Puppet to introduce Ruby to my team so I can use the OS's
1.8.7 or Puppet's 1.9.3. Normally I code for the oldest knowing it will run
pretty much anywhere my work goes.
