[ale] New Server Setup

Currently I am setting up a new server using RH7.1.  As usual I am having a
difficult time getting my ipchain rules setup correctly.

With that being said - just where/what file will I find the default ipchain
rules that are created during the install process?  It seems that whatever I do,
I can not get the server to accept anything for smtp or httpd!
