Edit the sendmail config file /etc/sendmail.cf
Search for a line that says "Cwlocalhost".
Comment it out if it isn't already, and add a line that says
    "Cwzfh-csg.penguinpowered.com".
Restart sendmail with
    /etc/rc.c/init.d/sendmail restart  (if you're running RedHat)
