[ale] Terminal monitoring program for Linux?

Years ago when I was a computer operator for a VAX running VMS, we had a 
utility that let us monitor user's terminals, and even interact with 
them.  It was great for diagnosing weird system problems and training.

I could really use a similar utility for Linux at work.  We currently use 
Doublevision under SCO.  It _SEEMS_ like there's got to be an equivalent 
program available under Linux, but I sure am not having any luck finding 
it.  I've looked at freshmeat and filewatcher.org and I just can't find one.

Anybody know where I can find one?
