[ale] Strange diald trigger

On the same subject, I just put linux on this celeron366 and need to get
Diald working so that whenever someone tries to access the internet it will
dialup and when they are idle for 10 minutes it will hang up.  I just
downloaded diald but not really clear on the documentation on how to set it
up for what I need to do.

All advice is appreciated,
